Codingpara Technologies provides web development, digital marketing, SEO, branding, and related digital services. Scope will be defined in the project agreement.
A deposit is typically required before work begins. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
